- 2 cups curds
- ½ cup boondi
- ½ cup chopped pineapple (tinned pineapple)
- Salt and chilli powder to taste
- 2 tsp chopped coriander
- In a bowl stir the curds till they form a smooth texture.
- Add the boondi, pineapple, salt, chilli powder to taste.
- Garnish with chopped coriander
- Serve immediately
