
Bhindi the Chinese style. Tastes great.

Ingredients
- 250 grams bhindi (okra)
To saute
- ½ tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp chilli garlic paste
- 2 tbsp chopped celery
- 2 tbsp chopped spring onion (white part)
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 3 tbsp sliced green capsicum
- ½ tbsp white vinegar
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
To garnish
- 2 tbsp spring onion (green part)
Method
For the bhindi (okra)
- Chop the ends of the bhindi and slice into 2. Further slice the bhindi into 2 again. From one bhindi you will get 4 slices.
How to proceed
- Heat the oil, add the spring onion (white part), chilli garlic paste and saute for ½ a minute.
- Add the ginger, celery, soya sauce, white vinegar, capsicum and salt to taste. Saute for half a minute.
- Add the bhindi and cook for 2 to 3 minutes till the bhindi is well done.
To serve
- Serve hot and garnish with spring onions green part.
