Coconut water is the clear liquid inside green coconuts. It is full of sweetness and nutrients. The liquid inside young coconuts is often preferred to the liquid of a ripened coconut. Plain coconut water has long been a popular drink in tropical countries.

Coconuts for drinking are served chilled, fresh often sold by vendors on the street. This is naturally refreshing, coconut water has a sweet, nutty taste. Best for summers as it keeps you hydrates and filled with good antioxidants.

Coconut water comes from the inside if a green coconut, different from the coconut milk which comes from the coconut water and coconut pulp. It has a lot of vitamins and minerals and antioxidants. This liquid completely sweet and has a nutty taste and flavor which is makes it more palatable.

This liquid has no added sugar or calories and is very healthy. Coconut water is 95% water and 4% carbohydrates, with protein and total fat content under 1% each.

It can be taken in chilled or at room temperature, directly from the coconut. This can even be used as an ingredient in some drinks, can be very refreshing or any dish. It detoxes your body hence it is also recommend by dieticians. It is suggested that you can have 1-2 cups of coconut water daily.
