HOW TO COOK BAJRA (PEARL MILLETS) Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Bajra
  • 3 ½ Cups Water
  • Salt to taste

METHOD

  1. Soak bajra overnight in 1 ½ Cups of Water.
  2. Pressure cook the soaked bajra in 2 Cups of water and salt for 3-4 whistles.
  3. Once cooked, sieve them and use when needed.
