Mango Smoothie

A refreshing and tasty drink. Makes a super start to a day.

  • Makes: 1 glass

Ingredients

  • ½ cup chopped mango
  • ½ cup low fat yoghurt
  • ½ cup low fat milk
  • 3 ice cubes

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a mixer.
  2. Serve chilled.
