MASALA RAGI CHIPS Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ Cup Ragi atta
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 2 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ Cup warm water

Masalas

  • ½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp aamchur powder
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying / Air frying

METHOD

For the masalas

  1. In a bowl mix together all the masalas.

For the chips

  1. In a plate mix together all the ingredients and knead a soft dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out as thin as possible.
  3. With a fork, poke holes on the rolled dough.
  4. With a knife, cut into diamond shaped chips.
  5. You can air fry these chips with brushing a little bit of oil on them or deep fry them.
  6. As soon as their done sprinkle the masala mixture immediately on the chips.
  7. Store in an air tight container..
