Matar Puri Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup wheat flour
  • ¼ cup green peas paste
  • 2 tsp ginger chilly paste
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp rava
  • ½ tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Warm water to knead the dough

Oil for frying

METHOD

  1. Mix all the ingredients to knead a soft dough.
  2. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out puris.
  3. Heat oil for frying and fry these puris until golden brown.
  4. You can alternatively make parathas and roti from the mixture.
  5. Serve hot.
