MOONG PARATHAS

These parathas are truly unique & a fusion recipe. These are made from green moong flour. Green moong flour has the power to naturally exfoliate the skin and clear of dead cells making the skin look brighter and supple. While the richness of vitamins A and C this flour helps to enhance the skin texture and glow. This flour is used to make these healthy, nutritious and protein packed parathas. Flavoured with onion, coriander and ginger green chilly paste, these parathas taste so so good. They`re worth the try! Do make these parathas and enjoy for your breakfast or in meals, but do try them.

MOONG PARATHAS Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ Cup Green moong flour
  • 2 tbsp wheat flour
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onions
  • 2 tbsp coriander
  • ½ tsp ginger green chilli paste
  • Water to knead the dough
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to make the paratha

METHOD

  1. In a plate mix all the ingredients to make a dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 5 portions, roll out parathas.
  3. Heat a pan, roast these parathas with some oil, flip and cook both sides.
  4. Serve hot.
