SATTU CHILLA Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ Cup sattu flour
  • 1 tbsp besan
  • ¼ Cup grated carrot
  • ¼ Cup finely chopped onion
  • ¼ Cup boiled green peas (chopped in half)
  • ½ tsp ginger green chilli paste
  • ¼ tsp Haldi
  • ½ tsp Red chilli powder
  • ¾ cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to make chillas

To serve

  • Curds and green chutney

METHOD

  1. Mix all the ingredients together well to make a batter.
  2. Heat a pan and make mini chillas with the batter.
  3. Brush some oil, flip and cook on both the sides.
  4. Serve hot with curds and green chutney.
