
The all time Italian classic, one of my favourites.

Ingredients
- 3 cups boiled spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 clove grated garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- 3 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp parsley
- Salt and chilli flakes to taste
Method
- In a non-stick vessel heat the olive oil, add the garlic, oregano and saute for ½ minute.
- Add the spaghetti, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and chilli flakes to taste and saute for 2 minutes.
To serve
- Serve hot with garlic bread.
