
Delicious and tasty, makes a fab dip and tastes great with nacho chips. Deep freeze the salsa and use when needed.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 2 tbsp chopped green capsicum
- 2 tbsp chopped red capsicum
- 1 tbsp chopped spring onion white part
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- ½ tsp lime juice
- Salt to taste
- A dash of pepper
- 1 ¼ tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp chopped jalapeno
- ½ tsp basil leaves
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Mash with a vegetable masher or fork.
- Deep freeze the salsa, thaw and use when needed.
