VEG NASI GORENG Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ Kashmiri red chilli
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup tomato chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp water

Other ingredients

  • ½ tsp Ginger paste
  • 2 cups boiled rice
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp soya sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped French beans (boiled)
  • ¼ cup finely chopped carrots (boiled)
  • ¼ cup finely chopped cabbage
  • ¼ cup finely chopped spring onion (white part)
  • 2 tbsp chopped spring onion (green part)
  • ¼ cup crumbled paneer
  • Salt to taste

METHOD

For the paste

  1. Blend everything together in a blender jar until you get a paste.

How to proceed

  1. In a pan heat sesame oil and sauté spring onion white part.
  2. Add in French beans, carrots, cabbage and cook for 2 minutes
  3. Add in the prepared paste, , soya sauce, salt to taste and crumbled paneer.
  4. Mix it well cook for 2 minutes and serve hot.
