VEG NASI GORENG

INGREDIENTS
½ Kashmiri red chilli
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup tomato chopped
Salt to taste
1 tbsp water
Other ingredients
½ tsp Ginger paste
2 cups boiled rice
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp soya sauce
1/4 cup chopped French beans (boiled)
¼ cup finely chopped carrots (boiled)
¼ cup finely chopped cabbage
¼ cup finely chopped spring onion (white part)
2 tbsp chopped spring onion (green part)
¼ cup crumbled paneer
Salt to taste
METHOD
For the paste
Blend everything together in a blender jar until you get a paste.
How to proceed
In a pan heat sesame oil and sauté spring onion white part.
Add in French beans, carrots, cabbage and cook for 2 minutes
Add in the prepared paste, , soya sauce, salt to taste and crumbled paneer.
Mix it well cook for 2 minutes and serve hot.
