BANANA CHIPS

Very good for the Shravan Fasting too! These are the ultimate crispy banana chips that you can have and are so easily homemade too. You can also use yellow raw bananas.
There are just some tips to keep in mind while making them -
• you can even replace normal salt to rock salt.
• use raw bananas to make these chips.
• peel with a knife, slice the bananas with the help of a slicer from a height directly into the hot oil pan.
• you can even use yellow raw bananas too.
• store them in an air tight container and they last very long!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Raw Bananas
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil for frying

METHOD

There are just some tips to keep in mind while making them
  1. Heat some oil for frying in a pan.
  2. Peel with a knife, Slice the bananas with the help of a slicer from a height directly into the hot oil pan.
  3. Let them cook for about 5-7 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
  4. Once done, sprinkle some salt on top (you can even replace normal salt to rock salt).
  5. Store them in an airtight container and they last very long.
  6. Serve with a dip.
