BESAN LADDOO Recipe|Renu dalal


  • 1 cup besan (gram flour)
  • ¼ cup ghee
  • 5 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder


  1. In a vessel sauté the besan for 8 to 10 minutes till you get an aroma.
  2. Add the ghee and stir till you get a paste.
  3. Add the sugar and cardamon powder and mix well.
  4. Remove from the gas and let it cool a bit.
  5. With your hand knead the besan a little.
  6. Add oil on your hands and form ladoos.
  7. Keep in an airtight container and enjoy.
