This is an amazing snack recipe for all peanut lovers. You can serve this in parties or just have as a snack. Made from whole peanuts (mungfali/ Kaccha singdana) made from such simple ingredients but tastes very good. The boiled peanuts taste simply amazing just as is it us. BOILED PEANUTS Recipe|Renu dalal


  • ½ Cup Whole Peanuts
  • 2 tbsp chopped onions
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander
  • ½ tsp Chaat masala
  • ½ tsp Lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste


  1. Remove the outer covering / skin from the whole peanuts.
  2. In a pressure cooker, cook the peanuts with 1 Cup Water till 2 whistles
  3. Once cooked strain them and let it cool down. Refrigerate.
  4. In a bowl, add in tomatoes, onions, coriander, lemon juice, chaat Masala, red chilli powder and boiled peanuts.
  5. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  6. Serve immediately.
