- Preparation time: 20 minutes
- Cooking time: 5 minutes
- Makes: 2 cups of rice
Ingredients
- 2 cups cauliflower rice
- ½ tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- 4 tbsp chopped coriander
Method
- In a non-stick vessel heat the oil, add the cumin seeds, and saute for 15 seconds.
- Add the cauliflower rice, salt to taste, and coriander.
- Stir for a minute and serve hot.
