DAHI WALE ALOO
Delicious potato Sabzi simmered in a curd curry. This is a classic potato recipe. Made with curd and Besan almost like a Aloo Kadhi. But it is to die for, this recipe is for all aloo lovers, you have got to try this vegetable. Made with such staple and basic ingredients the taste is amazing and it can be made in a jiffy.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Curd
- 1 ½ tbsp Besan
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 cups peeled, chopped and boiled potatoes ( cut into squares )
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp oil
- ¼ tsp asofoetida (hing)
- 1 tsp fennel seeds (sauf)
- ¼ tsp Kasturi methi
- ½ tsp Jeera
- ¼ tsp Turmeric powder (haldi)
- ¼ tsp Garam Masala
- ¼ tsp Red Chilli powder
- ½ tsp Coriander powder
- 1 slit green chilly
- ½ tsp Ginger Paste
- Salt to taste
For the besan curd mixture

METHOD
- In a bowl, beat some thick curd until smooth.
- Mix in Besan and water in the curd. Mix well to avoid lumps.
- In a pan, heat oil. Add in hing, jeera, fennel seeds, kasturi methi, slit green chilly and ginger paste. Saute well.
- Add the onions. Tomatoes and saute for 15 seconds
- Add in the garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder,coriander powder and salt. Mix well .
- Add in the chopped boiled potatoes and mix well.
- add the besan curd mixtute and mix well.
- Let this cook for a minute and serve hot.
