This healthy and delicious combination of French beans with neem and coconut makes a great addition to your meal.

- ¼ cup chopped and roasted neem leaves
- ¼ cup grated and roasted coconut
- 2 cups boiled and chopped French beans
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp dhania powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp jeera powder
- ¼ tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- In a vessel heat the oil. Add the onions, dhania powder, jeera powder, turmeric powder and saute for ½ minute.
- Add the neem leaves and coconut and saute for ½ minute.
- Add the French beans, lemon juice, chilli powder, salt to taste and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
