
1 am a methi lover. These are really yum. You can eat by itself or add to your undhiya.

- Cooking time: 20 minutes
- Makes: 12 to 14 muthiyas
Ingredients
For the muthiyas
- 2 cup chopped methi
- 1 tsp ginger chilli paste
- 1 1/2 cups atta
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp hing
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Oil for deep frying
Method
- Mix all the ingredients of the methi muthiya together.
- Make cylindrical muthiya shapes of the mixture.
- In a vessel heat oil, deep fry the muthiyas till well done.
- Remove on absorbent paper.
To serve
- Serve hot with chutney or you can eat it just like that.
