HAZELNUT CHOCOLATE FUDGE

With Raksha bandhan right around the corner, you have got to try this Chocolate hazelnut fudge. Chocolate hazelnut fudge is the best chocolate dessert anyone could ask for. This version of the Nutella chocolate fudge is so easy to make and so very tasty. Made with just 6 ingredients but it is unebelievebly tasty and fudgy. The roasted hazelnuts adds on the the texture and gives a great finish to this dessert. If you like it more sweeter, you can add 1/2 tbsp of powdered sugar to adjust the sweetness. You can serve this as is or make balls out it and serve as fudge balls. Garnish with some melted Nutella and serve to your guests this Raksha bandhan! They’ll be asking for more surely!

HAZELNUT CHOCOLATE FUDGE Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

To mix together

  • ¼ cup condensed milk
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • ¼ Cup Nutella Spread
  • 1 tbsp butter

To be added later

  • 3 tbsp chopped Roasted Hazelnuts

For garnish

  • Chopped Hazelnuts
  • Nutella Spread

METHOD

  1. In a vessel heat the butter, add the rest of the ingredients and stir well till the mixture forms a lump.
  2. Remove from the flame and add the Hazelnuts and mix well
  3. When it is still warm, grease your hands with oil, make small balls of the fudge mixture .
  4. Place in a thali lined with butter paper.
  5. Decorate with Hazelnuts, drizzle some Nutella spread on top and refrigerate for one hour.
  6. Store in a jar and eat at your convenience.
