HOW TO MAKE CAULIFLOWER RICE

This is a healthy option. For all weight watchers and diabetics, this is a great option. You can flavour the rice as you wish. Can make cauliflower jeera rice, cauliflower green rice, pulao, or a risotto out of the cauliflower.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups grated cauliflower
  • 2 cups water

METHOD

For the rice

  1. Heat the water add the grated cauliflower. Cover with a lid and let it cook for 8 to 9 minutes till tender.
  2. Remove the rice from the water and allow it to cool. Refrigerate and use at your convenience.
