HOW TO MAKE QUINOA

Quinoa is high in fibre content. It has lots of antioxidants. Is a great source of protien. You can have it as a salad and a great substitute for rice also. A quinoa pulao or a Mexican quinoa bowl tastes great also.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Quinoa
  • 2 Cups Water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Vegetable seasoning cube

METHOD

  1. In a pan, boil 1 Cup of water.
  2. Add in salt and vegetable cube.
  3. Add in the Quinoa, cover the lid and cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Once done, strain the quinoa into a bowl and let it cool.
