INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup rice flour
- ¼ cup rava
- 2 tbsp maida
- 2 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts
- ½ tbsp sesame seeds
- ½ cup sliced onions
- ½ tsp ginger green chilly paste
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp chopped curry leaves
- Pinch of hing
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp jeera
- 1 tbsp warm oil
- Warm water to knead dough
- Salt to taste
- Green chutney
Oil for frying

METHOD
- In a bowl mix together all the ingredients to make a dough.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and flatten to make vadas.
- Heat oil for frying.
- Fry these vadas until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
