MALAI TOAST
this is a very good snack option! Freshly toasted bread with homemade malai and sugar, gives amazing texture, do try it. Replace your ordinary toasts or french toasts with this malai toast. You need homemade malai or homemade cream for this recipe. It is a must try for sure and makesa very good breakfast accompaniment.

INGREDIENTS
2 Bread Slices
2 tbsp Malai (homemade cream)
To drizzle
sugar
METHOD
In a toaster, toast the bread slices until they are crisp.
Stir malai continuously with a wire whisk for a minute, until it thickens up.
Spread malai on the toasted bread slices.
Sprinkle sugar on top of the toast and serve with hot tea.
