This is very popular in North India, have it at any time of the day. Use white bread or brown bread.

MALAI TOAST Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Bread Slices  
  • 2 tbsp Malai (homemade cream)

To drizzle

  • sugar

METHOD

  1. In a toaster, toast the bread slices until they are crisp.
  2. Stir malai continuously with a wire whisk for a minute, until it thickens up.
  3. Spread malai on the toasted bread slices.
  4. Sprinkle sugar on top of the toast and serve with hot tea.
