Here’s our version of the All time favourite and all time classic Medu Vada! These are crispy, fluffy & delicious donut shaped lentil fritters. Made from Urad Dal and these are so tasty you won’t be able to stop. Serve with cold coconut chutney and piping hot sambhar. These Deep fried Medu vadas are all you need for your tiffins/ breakfast !
