METHI KA BHAJIYA Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup besan (gram flour)
  • ½ cup chopped methi
  • A pinch of asafoetida
  • A pinch of sambhar powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • A pinch of baking soda
  • ¼ cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • ½ tsp Sugar

METHOD

  1. Mix all the ingredients together to form a batter.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  3. Make small pakoras with your hand and deep fry till well done.
  4. Serve hot with green chutney.
  5. you can add 2 tsp of chopped banana to the mixture to add that little sweet taste.(Optional)
