PHUDINA AND BOONDI BUTTER MILK Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup low fat curds
  • ½ cup water
  • ¾ tsp chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves

To serve

  • 2 tbsp boondi
  • 1 tsp chopped mint leaves

METHOD

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a mixer and refrigerate.
  2. Top with the boondi, mint leaves and serve chilled.
