Phudina and Boondi Butter Milk

Ingredients

  • ½ cup low fat curds
  • ½ cup water
  • 3/4 tsp chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves

To serve

  • 2 tbsp boondi
  • I tsp chopped mint leaves

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a mixer and refrigerate.
  2. Top with the boondi, mint leaves and serve chilled.
