PINEAPPLE PUREE  Recipe|Renu dalal


  • 1 Cup Chopped Pineapple
  • 2 ½ tbsp Sugar
  • ½ Cup Water
  • ½ tsp lemon juice


  1. In a pan take some pineapple, sugar and water.
  2. Let it boil and add lemon juice. After 5-7 minutes is will start thickening up.
  3. Once done, cool this mixture completely.
  4. Blend this mixture into a fine paste.
  5. Use this as a sauce or base for a drink.
  6. Store in an air tight container in the freezer. Use when needed.
