INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups ponkh
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup lemon sev
- 1 tsp sugar balls
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
- ½ tbsp green chutney
METHOD
- Sauté the ponkh on a non-stick tawa for 1 minute.
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients together.
To serve
- Serve immediately.
