RAW MANGO PICKLE Recipe|Renu dalal


  • 2 tbsp sambhar chilli powder
  • 3 tsp crushed rai dal
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup chopped raw mango


  1. Mix the mango with the salt and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the sambhar powder and mix well.
  3. Heat the oil, add the rai dal and let it crackle.
  4. Add the oil to the mango pickle and mix well.
  5. Store in a dry place for 24 hours and use.
