Raw mango pickle

We all love pickle with our daily food. This will make a perfect fit. Store it in a bottle and use at your convenience.

  • Storing time: 1 day
  • Serves: 4 to 6


  • 2 tbsp sambhar chilli powder
  • 2 tsp rai dal
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup chopped raw mango


  1. Mix the mango with the salt and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the sambhar powder and mix well.
  3. Heat the oil, add the rai dal and let it crackle.
  4. Add the oil to the mango pickle and mix well.

Store in a dry place for 24 hours and use.
