INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cups peeled boiled baby potatoes (cut in half)
- 1/3 cup curd
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp coriander
- Salt to taste
- ¼ tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
- 5-6 curry leaves
- ¼ tsp jeera
- ½ tbsp ketchup
- ¼ tsp soya sauce
- ¼ tsp red chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp corn flour (Mixed in 1 tbsp water)
- Salt to taste
- ½ tbsp oil

METHOD
- In a bowl mix together all the ingredients and make a thick batter.
- Add in boiled baby potatoes and coat them well.
- Fry or Air fry these marinated potatoes until crispy.
- Set aside.
- In a pan heat oil, saute jeera and curry leaves.
- Mix in onions and cook for a minute.
- Add in ketchup, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, salt and water.
- Cook for a minute and add in the potatoes.
- Add in cornflour slurry and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
