INGREDIENTS

    • 1 ½ cups peeled boiled baby potatoes (cut in half)

    To marinate

    • 1/3 cup curd
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • ½ tsp chilli powder
    • ½ tsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1 tsp oil
    • 1 tsp coriander
    • Salt to taste
    • ¼ tsp lemon juice
    • 2 tbsp corn flour
    • 2 tbsp rice flour
    • 1 tbsp water

    Other ingredients

    • 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
    • 5-6 curry leaves
    • ¼ tsp jeera
    • ½ tbsp ketchup
    • ¼ tsp soya sauce
    • ¼ tsp red chilli sauce
    • 2 tbsp water
    • 1/2 tsp corn flour (Mixed in 1 tbsp water)
    • Salt to taste
    • ½ tbsp oil

METHOD

    For the marination

    1. In a bowl mix together all the ingredients and make a thick batter.
    2. Add in boiled baby potatoes and coat them well.
    3. Fry or Air fry these marinated potatoes until crispy.
    4. Set aside.

    How to proceed

    1. In a pan heat oil, saute jeera and curry leaves.
    2. Mix in onions and cook for a minute.
    3. Add in ketchup, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, salt and water.
    4. Cook for a minute and add in the potatoes.
    5. Add in cornflour slurry and cook for 2 minutes.
    6. Serve hot.
