INGREDIENTS
- 2 boiled potatoes (mashed)
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- ½ dried Kashmiri red chilli
- 2 grated garlic gloves
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- Pinch of Hing
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp water
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
METHOD
- In a pan heat oil and sauté jeera, hing, garlic.
- Mix in onions, tomatoes, salt to taste and Kashmiri red chilli.
- Add in turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and water.
- Add in mashed potatoes, coriander and mix well. Cook for a minute.
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
