INGREDIENTS
- ½ Cup Chopped and Peeled Apples
- 1 cup chilled milk
- 2 tbsp peeled and chopped almonds
- 2 tbsp chopped cashew nuts
- 2 tbsp chopped pista
- 2 tbsp Dates
- ½ tbsp honey (optional)
- ¼ cup crushed ice
