INGREDIENTS

    • ½ Cup Chopped and Peeled Apples
    • 1 cup chilled milk
    • 2 tbsp peeled and chopped almonds
    • 2 tbsp chopped cashew nuts
    • 2 tbsp chopped pista
    • 2 tbsp Dates
    • ½ tbsp honey (optional)
    • ¼ cup crushed ice

METHOD

    1. Mix all the ingredients together in a food processor.
    2. Serve immediately.
