INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups grated red apple
- 1 ½ cup full fat milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tbsp chopped & roasted cashew nuts
- 1/2 tbsp roasted rasins
For garnish
METHOD
- In a pan heat ghee and sauté grated apple.
- Sauté until all the water is evaporated for around 7 -8 minutes.
- Add milk, sugar, cardamom powder and mix well.
- Let it boil and thicken up.
- Garnish with cashews, raisins and serve hot.
