INGREDIENTS

    • 2 cups grated red apple
    • 1 ½ cup full fat milk
    • 3 tbsp sugar
    • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
    • 1 tbsp ghee

    For garnish

    • 1 tbsp chopped & roasted cashew nuts
    • 1/2 tbsp roasted rasins

METHOD

    1. In a pan heat ghee and sauté grated apple.
    2. Sauté until all the water is evaporated for around 7 -8 minutes.
    3. Add milk, sugar, cardamom powder and mix well.
    4. Let it boil and thicken up.
    5. Garnish with cashews, raisins and serve hot.
