INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup finely chopped bathua leaves
- 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves
- 1 Cup curd
- ¼ tsp red chili powder
- ¼ tsp chaat masala
- Salt Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp oil
- Pinch of hing
- ¼ tsp mustard seeds
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp urad dal
- 6-7 curry leaves
For the tempering -
METHOD
- Blanch the bathua in hot water for 2 minutes.
- Immediately strain it.
- In a bowl whisk curd until its lump free.
- Mix in chaat masala, red chilli powder, salt and pepper.
- Add in mint leaves and blanched bathua.
- Mix it well and set aside
- In a small pan heat oil and sauté hing, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, curry leaves.
- Pour this hot tempering on the prepared raita and serve.
