INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Besan
- 1/2 cup boiled chopped mix vegetable (green peas, carrot, french beans)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Pinch of hing
- Pinch of red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger green chilli paste
- 1/2 cup Water
- Salt to taste
- Oil to make the chilla
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together besan, turmeric powder, hing, red chilli powder, ginger green chilli paste, salt to taste and coriander.
- Add in water and with a whisk make a batter.
- Mix in boiled vegetables.
- Heat a pan and make round chillas.
- Brush some oil, flip and cook on both the sides.
- Serve hot.
