INGREDIENTS

    • 1/2 cup Besan
    • 1/2 cup boiled chopped mix vegetable (green peas, carrot, french beans)
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
    • Pinch of hing
    • Pinch of red chilli powder
    • 1/2 tsp ginger green chilli paste
    • 1/2 cup Water
    • Salt to taste
    • Oil to make the chilla

METHOD

    1. In a bowl mix together besan, turmeric powder, hing, red chilli powder, ginger green chilli paste, salt to taste and coriander.
    2. Add in water and with a whisk make a batter.
    3. Mix in boiled vegetables.
    4. Heat a pan and make round chillas.
    5. Brush some oil, flip and cook on both the sides.
    6. Serve hot.
