Biscoff Chocolate Modak | Chocolate Biscoff Modak | Biscoff Modak Recipe | No Bake Chocolate Modak

Biscoff chocolate modak is a simple no-bake festive dessert made with a crisp Biscoff biscuit outer layer and a creamy chocolate cream cheese filling. The crushed Biscoff biscuits are combined to form a soft mixture that can be pressed into a modak mould, while the chocolate cream cheese filling adds a smooth and rich centre. Chilling the outer mixture and filling before shaping makes the modaks easier to handle and helps them hold their form. Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the mould so there are no gaps, then chill the finished modaks until set. They can be served cold and make a fun modern addition to the traditional Ganesh Chaturthi sweet platter.

Chill the moulded modaks for at least a short while before unmoulding so the outer Biscoff layer becomes firm and holds its shape
