INGREDIENTS
- ¾ cup coarsely crushed walnuts
- ¼ cup Blended Black sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp ghee
- ¼ cup Jaggery Sugar
- 6 tbsp grated mawa
- ¾ cup full fat milk
- ¼ tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 5-6 Strawberry Slices
For garnish
METHOD
- In a pan heat ghee and saute walnuts until lightly toasted.
- Once done, add in grated mawa, sesame seeds powder and cook for a minute.
- Add in full fat milk, sugar, cardamom powder and cover with a lid for 5-7 minutes until it starts thickening.
- Keep stirring and let it cook until oil starts releasing from the halwa.
- Garnish with chopped walnuts, strawberries and Serve hot or cold.
- Refrigerate and eat at your convenience.
