INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup boiled kabuli chana
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 2 tbsp chopped green part spring onion
- 2 tbsp cranberries
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (green seed)
- ½ tbsp mustard sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp oregano
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt pepper to taste
For the dressing
METHOD
- Mix together all the ingredients.
- Mix all the ingredients and top up with the dressing.
- Mix well and serve Chilled.
