INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2 Cups full-fat milk
- 1 tbsp long grain rice (basmati rice)
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tbsp almond slivers
- 1 tbsp pistachio
- 1/2 cup milk powder
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/2 tsp kesar
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
Mix together
METHOD
- Soak the rice for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl mix together powdered sugar, milk powder, kesar, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and warm milk. Set aside.
- In a pan heat ghee, sauté rice, pistachio, almond and add in milk.
- Let it boil for 7-10 minutes.
- Add in the milk powder mixture and mix well.
- Boil this for another 3-4 minutes, keep stirring.
- Let this chill in a container in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
