Eggless Homemade Spinach Lasagna Sheets are fresh pasta sheets prepared using spinach and simple pantry ingredients without eggs. INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Maida
- 2 tbsp spinach puree
- 2 tsp oil
- Salt
METHOD
- In a plate mix together all the ingredients with water to make a soft dough.
- Once done, roll out big flat semi thick round rotis.
- With a knife cut lengthwise cylindrical sheets.
- Once all cute sprinkle flour on each sheet and stack on top of each on a flat plate.
- Let these sheets air dry for about 1-2 hours.
- You can even deep freeze these sheets and use at your convenience.
- To use, blanch the sheets in hot water and use them.
