INGREDIENTS
- 1 litre full fat milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup Jaggery
- Few drops of rose essence
- ½ tsp ghee
- Pinch cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp sliced pistachios

METHOD
- Heat the milk in a vessel on a high flame till it comes to a boil.
- When the milk comes to a boil add the lemon juice.
- The milk will split and the paneer will form.
- Hang the paneer in a wet cloth for half an hour to drain the excess water.
- In a non-stick vessel heat the ghee and add jaggery. Let it melt.
- Add rose essence, cardamom powder and prepared paneer. Mix well.
- Remove from the heat, mix well and make small rounds.
- Top up with sliced pistachios and refrigerate for an hour.
- Serve and eat at at your convenience.
