INGREDIENTS

    For the base

    • 2 cups curd
    • ½ cup besan
    • 4 cups water

    Other Ingredients

    • 2 tsp oil
    • ½ tsp jeera
    • Pinch of hing
    • ½ tsp Methi seeds
    • 2 Cinnamon stick
    • 4-5 cloves
    • ½ tsp mustard seeds
    • 7-8 curry leaves
    • 2 tsp sugar
    • Salt to taste

METHOD

    For the base

    1. Mix together curd, besan and water.
    2. Mix with a whisk to avoid lumps.

    How to proceed

    1. In a pan heat oil, and saute jeera, mustard seeds, hing, Methi seeds, cinnamon, cloves, curry leaves.
    2. Add in the curd base and mix well.
    3. Keep stirring until it thickens.
    4. Finish by adding salt and sugar and serve hot.
