INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups curd
- ½ cup besan
- 4 cups water
- 2 tsp oil
- ½ tsp jeera
- Pinch of hing
- ½ tsp Methi seeds
- 2 Cinnamon stick
- 4-5 cloves
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- 7-8 curry leaves
- 2 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
For the base

METHOD
- Mix together curd, besan and water.
- Mix with a whisk to avoid lumps.
- In a pan heat oil, and saute jeera, mustard seeds, hing, Methi seeds, cinnamon, cloves, curry leaves.
- Add in the curd base and mix well.
- Keep stirring until it thickens.
- Finish by adding salt and sugar and serve hot.
