Healthy Moong Spinach Bowl | Moong Spinach Peanut Bowl | Protein Rich Moong Bowl | Healthy Layered Bowl

Healthy moong spinach bowl is a layered preparation combining cooked moong, a spinach and peanut layer, hung curd, and chilli oil for a mix of textures and flavours. The soft moong forms the base, while the spinach and peanut layer adds a fresh, nutty taste. A layer of hung curd brings a creamy and slightly tangy element, balanced by the warmth of chilli oil on top. Keeping each layer separately seasoned helps bring out its flavour without overpowering the others. It makes a filling lunch or dinner option and can be served slightly chilled or at room temperature depending on preference.

Cooking Tip:
Cook the moong until tender but not mushy so the base retains its texture and holds the layers well.
