INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup Whole Almonds
- 1 1/2 cups water
METHOD
- Soak the Almonds for 2 hours in 1 ½ cup water.
- Once soaked peel the almonds.
- Blend this until smooth.
- With a muslin cloth, strain the milk properly.
- Squeeze out all the milk.
- Store and use at your convenience.
