INGREDIENTS

    • 1/2 Cup Whole Almonds
    • 1 1/2 cups water

METHOD

    1. Soak the Almonds for 2 hours in 1 ½ cup water.
    2. Once soaked peel the almonds.
    3. Blend this until smooth.
    4. With a muslin cloth, strain the milk properly.
    5. Squeeze out all the milk.
    6. Store and use at your convenience.

Soak almonds overnight before blending to achieve a creamier texture and smoother almond milk.
