INGREDIENTS

    • ½ cup chickpea flour
    • 1 tbsp maida
    • 1 tsp oil
    • Salt

METHOD

    1. In a plate mix together all the ingredients with water to make a soft dough.
    2. Once done, roll out big flat semi thick round sheet.
    3. Later, pass this through a pasta maker to flatten it.
    4. Pass through the pasta maker to cut it into your choice of shape.
    5. To use, blanch the pasta immediately in hot water with oil & salt. Once done, strain and use them.

Dust the pasta lightly with chickpea flour after cutting to prevent the strands or shapes from sticking together before cooking.
