Homemade Colourful Tortillas | Beetroot Carrot Spinach Tortillas | Homemade Vegetable Tortillas | Natural Colour Tortillas

Homemade colourful tortillas are soft, easy-to-make wraps prepared using beetroot, carrot, and spinach to naturally create pink, yellow, and green colours. The vegetables add a mild flavour while giving the tortillas an attractive finish without relying on artificial food colours. Preparing a soft dough and rolling the tortillas evenly helps them cook without becoming too thick or dry. They can be used for wraps, rolls, quesadillas, or served alongside a variety of fillings. Make them fresh and keep them covered after cooking so they remain soft and easy to fold.
