INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup maida
- ¼ cup makai atta
- ¼ tsp carom seeds
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp warm water
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together all the ingredients and knead a soft dough.
- Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll out semi thin Tortillas.
- Roast the rotis on a pan, flip and partially cook on both sides.
- You can even deep freeze these rotis and use when needed.
